70cl Debt Collector Moonshine Unaged

Debt Collector Moonshine Unaged is a new make or unaged American style whisky. This London made corn, barley, rye new make moonshine is a rollercoaster ride of flavours.

It's a bold explosion of corny goodness, but with a twist. Its flavour profile is a cross between pisco, grappa and a white agricole rum. It therefore makes excellent white rum based cocktails and is a light, clean expressive spirit.

Lime zest at the start followed by a solid vegetal backbone with a hint of light Fennel and then warmth and peppery spice at the end.

Fun fact - this unaged moonshine is the only commercially available one of its kind in the UK market.
