King Henry VIII was so impressed by the fruits of Kent, that he named it “The Garden of England”. Traditionally harvested into wicker 'Kipsi' baskets, Kentish morellos, strawberries, cherries and raspberries are abundant in this celebration of Kentish produce.
Tasting Notes: Delicate elderflower, strawberry leaves and rose petals are traditionally distilled in this sophisticated pink gin. Sweet strawberries, rich cherries and tart morellos and raspberries are steeped in this spirit for several months. Aged in ex-Jack Daniels whiskey casks, this gin has a wonderful oakey depth to balance the bright, sweet notes of the fruits. A pink gin with a pleasantly surprising crisp, dry finish, this spirit is delightful with a mixer, or in a cocktail. Each bottle is finished by hand, with handwritten batch and bottle number.
