Tasting Notes
Vibrant ruby hues gleam out of the glass. The first notes on the nose are of crushed blueberries which then develop on to reveal an intriguing bitter-sweet character of creme de cassis with a touch of underlying parma violets. Extremely fine red-fruit flavours fill the mouth, raspberries come to the fore and are backed up with a touch of buttery chocolate truffle richness.
Food Match
Pairs well with grilled steak, chops or sausages. Also pairs great with seared tuna.
