At Brighton's first (legal) distillery, their award-winning, small-batch gin is made by hand using the purest wheat grain spirit and botanicals which include juniper, fresh orange and lime, locally grown coriander, and milk thistle. The gin is smooth enough to sip neat over ice and delightful to drink in a classic G&T along with your favourite tonic, ice, and a slice of orange, the better to reveal the gin's vibrant citrus notes.
