Supposedly named after a travelling Welshman who was thought to be the first commercial distiller back in the 1780s. Evan Williams is bottled at 43% & is aged for up to 6 years in charred oak barrels. It begins with notes of aromatic Vanilla and succulent Caramel which continue throughout.
