Tasting Notes
A wine which red apple characters dominate. Rich and unctuous, with flavours of ripe black and red fruits not often seen in traditional method sparkling wines. The fruit flavours combine wonderfully with an underlying creamy finish and fabulous hint of sweetness.

Canapes and afternoon tea. Can also be enjoyed as an aperitif.
