Tasting Notes
Delicate pale apricot, Provencal pink. This Rose is bright on the nose, with ripe Kentish strawberries, red apples and pink grapefruit combined with fresh thyme and a hint of nuttiness. In the palette it is dry and refreshing with characteristic English acidity. Wild strawberry, citrus and crisp apple characters dominate.
Food Match
Great on its own but pairs well with summer salads, seafood, chicken, and pork dishes.
