Tasting Notes: Noble hop, barley sugar and lemon fruit give a mouth watering bitter-sweet flavour. A long, clean and bittersweet finish.
Note: The Pilsner is treated with an enzyme that breaks down the Gluten protein into fragments, effectively destroying the allergen. The beer is tested by an external lab with an ELISA test for gluten and the level is required by law to be below 20ppm (Part per million) in order to be declared as gluten free. Harbour Brewing are not audited by the Coeliac society, and so the products do not carry the gluten free logo on pack, but the beers follow this process.
