Tasting Note:
Putting a spin on this hazy classic, we added a fine double act of Australian & American hops to create an unusually crisp, light, session IPA that still packs a flavour punch – delivering juicy, citrus notes and a low bitterness, melon-rind finish.
Background Information:
Their name is SALT, after the pioneering industrialist who built the village they first called home. It was from here they ventured out into the brewing world, equipped with only a single punchy vision – make great craft beer for everyone and do it their way. Tired of following tradition, they go where our brewing instincts take them, shamelessly combining heritage and modern brewery craft, crossing styles, exploring new ingredients and producing many award-winners along the way. Sharing its name with a highly versatile natural fabric, that’s spun out into everything from bags to rugs, ropes to shoes. And here’s the parallel – parking tradition, we followed our brewing instinct to create an accessible IPA that would go down a treat whatever the occasion.
