The apples are carefully selected in to guarantee the quality of the juice. This juice is then bottled for a natural fermentation, giving the Small Batch its extra sparkle. Our Small Batch cider is made from 5 varieties of traditional apples (Bedan, Doux Normandie, Frequin, Douce Moën, Douce Coët Ligné, etc.). This cider is an extra brut with character, distinguished by bitter notes and a robust, tannic taste. The finish is revealed by notes of terroir, recalling the Norman and farm origins of the product. Perfect as an aperitif or with cheese, charcuterie and game.
