Tasting Note:
A well-balanced single malt Irish whiskey, it is triple distilled before being aged in ex-oloroso sherry casks, giving it a rich, fruity character with notes of honeycomb. Dried fruit followed by honeycomb sweetness, apricots, lemon zest, prunes and oak spice.
