Tasting Note:
This Cava has wonderful hints of bread and biscuit. However, at the same time it is extremely fruit forward and refreshing. There’s an elegance to the bouquet of this Cava. Intertwined with the green fruit and savoury aromas, you’ll pick up subtle floral notes.
When drinking, you’re instantly hit with fresh green apple flavours. Ripe, crisp and refreshing. The flavours in the bouquet effortlessly transcend onto the pallet and the acidity is bang on point.
