Tasting Note:
This well-rounded dry wine has aromas of pear with floral notes of lilac and jasmine and a hint of toastiness from a short time in oak. On the palate, it is plump and centred with a fresh finish. A smooth texture and a long finish makes this Pinot Blanc a versatile wine for food pairing.
Background Information:
At 140m above sea level, Yotes Court’s Pinot Blanc vines are growing in one of the highest vineyard blocks in the country. Planted in sandy soil in a former apricot orchard these 5-year-old vines have now produced their second harvest. These grapes, ripe and bursting with juice, were hand-picked into crates in late Autumn.
